At Learnity, our team brings together the best of science, heart, and hands-on experience to support not just children, but their families too. We believe that academic struggles are not signs of failure but they’re signs that a child’s natural way of learning hasn’t been discovered yet.
That’s where we come in.
Our educators, psychologists, and NI (Natural Intelligence) mentors work together to identify how each child’s brain processes information. We don’t rely on outdated methods or rigid curriculums. Instead, we use brain-based techniques and personalized learning strategies that fit the child, not force the child to fit the system.
We’re not here to push harder. We’re here to help to smarter kids by guiding parents, supporting learners, and building confidence from the inside out. Together, we’re creating a new way of learning: one that’s personal, positive, and most importantly, proven to work.
Srinesh Vallabhaneni
Founder & President
Learnity
As Founder & President of Learnity, I’m on a mission to transform education by combining the power of AI with the organic wisdom of NI (Natural Intelligence). We identify learning challenges early, create personalized interventions, and equip educators, parents, and schools with the tools to unlock every student’s true potential. Our approach ensures no child slips through the cracks and every learner has the chance to thrive.
I believe smarter kids create smarter schools, and smarter schools build stronger communities. That’s why I work closely with educators, researchers, and innovators to keep Learnity at the forefront of educational change. Together, we’re not just solving today’s learning challenges and we’re shaping a future where education is inclusive, outcome-driven, and built for every child’s success.

How Natural Intelligence Shapes the
Next Generation
Natural Intelligence (NI) equips the next generation with
more than academic knowledge — it builds emotional
intelligence, critical thinking, adaptability, and selfawareness. By focusing on how students learn, not just
what they learn, NI helps young minds grow into confident,
creative, and future-ready leaders. At Learnity, we use NI to
prepare learners for real-world challenges — making
education smarter, more human, and deeply personal.
